ENGINEERING APPROVAL DRAWING PROCESS

Effective December 1, 2007

• The Integration Partner, Hytrol’s Application Team, or Hytrol’s Engineering Team can request the approval process at any time before the order is entered at Hytrol. • A current quote from the Application Team must accompany an order being submitted for an approval drawing. • A current Sequence of Operation must accompany an order being submitted for an approval drawing. • The approval drawing will be submitted to the Integration Partner in “.DWG” format 15 days working days from the date the order is entered at Hytrol. If the approval drawing requires more information than a standard production drawing, an appropriate charge may be assessed. • Final ship date will be scheduled for approximately four weeks after receipt of signed approval (date may vary depending on approval time and charges made).** • The ship date of the order may fluctuate with overall delivery status conditions**. • If the Integration Partner or the end user changes the order after the approval, and the change requires additional engineering and/or manufacturing, an appropriate charge will be assessed. • If re-engineering and/or re-manufacturing are required, the ship date may be affected. ** The acknowledgement of your order will show the date the drawings are to be sent to the Integration Partner.
